The left rear speaker stopped working after roughly a year. The dealer replaced the speakerproblem resolved. According to the Service advisor, several 19’s came with defective speakers and there’s a TSB about replacing them. However, I did not see the TSB, but since the new speaker resolved my problem, I saw no need to investigate further My guess, at this point, is that the volume/power control is the issue. The unit is getting power (known by the lights) and there are two subwoofer/amps that both act the same way. If the speakers test working, the only thing left is the volume/power control.
